去年の夏ぐらいかな？PCが完全に動かなくなったのは。とにかく1年間ずっと代理のPCを使ってる（借り物）なので、いいかげんこれは直さないかん!!と思い、真剣にブルースクリーンのエラーメッセージを解読することにしました。
エラーメッセージ1：
A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage

検索していろいろみてると、
- メモリ (RAM) の破損など、低レベルのハードウェア障害
- メモリ モジュールの不一致
- マザーボードの不良
- ドライバが不適切なメモリ アドレスを使用している
- ドライバに互換性が無い
この辺が原因みたいです。多分キャプチャボードが原因じゃないかなぁ。動かなくなる前入れたのってそれしかないし。はずせるパーツ全部外してOS再インストール⇒ひとつずつパーツをつけていって問題児をつきとめる。ということをしなければならないらしいです。まるで黒ひげ危機一髪。
物理的な破損でありませんように！とりあえず今の仕事にキリをつけてから実行しよう。あと5日間は放置。

セットアップの時のエラーじゃなく、まだWindowsが動いてたときのエラーだったかもしれません。だからタイトル訂正。

結局メモリを差し替えることで直りました。cause was a memory.
